When a navigation with redirect is requested with Trinidad and the Trinidad 2
support module, the redirect isn't send to the browser.
Due to the multiple wrappings of Trinidad and CODI of NavigationHandler, the
marker that a redirect is set, is placed too early so that later on the actual
redirect isn't send because of this marker.
