tx:selectBooleanCheckbox label is rendered twice - as label and itemLabel

If I add a label to a tx:selectBooleanCheckbox the label is rendered twice: As
tx-label and as itemLabel to the checkbox itself.
I think the problem is located at
org.apache.myfaces.tobago.facelets.extension.TobagoLabelExtensionHandler#createSubComponentMetaRuleset
The label-ignore is commented at for TOBAGO-987 so the inner component get the
label directly from the tag - or is misunderstood the function of
createSubComponentMetaRuleset.
