When the layout manager needs the width of a string in the moment the property
"tobago.font?.widths" will be used.
This is not flexible enough for some cases.
The basic idea of this feature is, to compute the width at startup time on the
client per JavaScript and caches it in the server. Analog to the scroll bar
weight (TOBAGO-870).
