I'm trying to solve this one now, and would like to keep the CSS3 support issue
in this ticket limited to the pseudo-elements in here. Likewise we have
'TRINIDAD-2172' for pseudo classes as well.
Matt, can you please open a separate JIRA for the @ rule support ?
> There is no way to specify a real pseudo element in a skin css.

> If you need a real css pseudo element rendered to the generated css, there is
> currently no way to do this. The :: sequence will always be replaced with a
> _. For example, to be able to skin the placeholder text in FF, you would
> specify:
> af|inputText::content::-moz-placeholder {}
> The generated selector needs to be:
> af_inputText_content::-moz-placeholder {}
> Currently, the generated CSS will output:
> af_inputText_content_-moz-placeholder {}
> One solution would be to have a whilelist of pseudo elements that we should
> render as is rather than replace the '::' with a '_'.
