Un able to open pdf file due to latest software of Acrobat

when i try to open pdf file it is not opening pdf file instead it is suggesting
us to download latest software of Acrobat.
open ie and enter url
provide valid uid and pwd for login screen and click on ok button.
Go to Document as name QTPUSERGUIDE.pdf
click on qtpuserguide.pdf file
it is displaying message as unable to download qtpuserguie.pdf and suggesting
us to download latest Acrobat software.
due to this it taking lot of time to open pdf file
