Clirr runner tests should work off last revision rather then a fixed label

The Clirr runner tests were set up to run against 1.2.15. Unfortunately, while
this ensures compatibility with that release, it does not address the binary
compatibility of any new APIs. Since the initial release of trinidad 2.0.x has
clear-runner compatibility with 1.2, we should always base our clear-runner
tests off the last release.
