Our transform20.xsl permits unknown namespaced elements under
property-extension and facet-extension, but not
faces-config-extension/fmd:global-metadata. It would be helpful to certain IDEs
and frameworks built on Trinidad to allow for additional elements to be
supported in the same way that they are supported by property-extension and
facet-extension.
