Add hierarchicalIndex to the var status for UIXCollection and UIXHierarchy

Add a new attribute called "hierarchicalIndex" to the varStatus for the table,
treeTable and tree components. This value for the table shall be the
same as index, but in case of UIXTree it will reflect the hierarchy of that row
for e.g. 1.1, 1.1.1.
This attribute will be very useful for section 508 compliance
