A recent fix on 2.1.6-SNAPSHOT over EL resolvers revealed the method
ImplicitObjectResolver.makeResolverForJSP does not register "resource" as
described on JSF 2.0 section 5.6.1.1. Previous versions of myfaces does not
have the fix, so works as expected.
