RendererUtils not in sync with latest MyFaces

I've noticed that the bug https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/MYFACES-3146
(problem with ui:fragment) which has already been fixed in newest MyFaces, is
still present when Tomahawk is used.
Quick debug showed that in the Tomahawk version RendererUtils.renderChild does
not contain the first "if (isRendered)" check - MyFaces version has it.
