The TobagoContext manages the position of the last action on the client.
This information can be used e.g. in the date picker popup, to position the
popup near to the picker button.
Currently only in the demo, this bean is declarated, so you have to add this
entry in your own application.
The entry should generally be available in tobago-core -> faces-config.xml
