----------------------------------------------------------------------
After so many days I found out a bit more about the problem.
In web.xml I removed
<context-param>
<param-name>org.apache.myfaces.trinidad.CACHE_VIEW_ROOT</param-name>
<param-value>false</param-value>
</context-param>
Then, the dialog closed with no javascript errors.
Unfortunately, the myfaces extensions (Tomahawk) wouldn't work normally anymore.
So, I will keep digging further.
If anyone knows more please contribute.

After so many days I found out what was causing the problem.
It was w parameter in web.xml
<context-param>
<param-name>org.apache.myfaces.trinidad.CACHE_VIEW_ROOT</param-name>
<param-value>false</param-value>
</context-param>
Just remove it and all should come back to normal.
I don't know the implications of this, but if anyone knows more please
contribute.
> dialog popup via commandButton's action property can only be done once in
> same page in Trinidad 2.0.1

> I use this commandButton to popup a dialog,it's work fine for the first time.
> <tr:commandButton text="print" action="dialog:table" useWindow="true"
> actionListener="#{tableBean.printTableListener}"
> width="900"
> height="500" partialSubmit="true"/>
> Once I close this dialog,there is a js error shown in console of parent page.
> jsf.ajax.request: source not set
> [Break on this error] throw new Error("jsf.ajax.request: source not set");
> this js error is occured in line 1700 of file jsf.js in jsf jar.
> And if I try to click this button to open this dialog again,dialog will not
> popup,nothing happens.Unless a ppr or reopen a page,dialog popup normally.
> I think this is a bug of the new version of trinidad,because no such error in
> trinidad 1.2.
