Thank you Leonardo for the follow-up.
I checked our CSS files and none of them contain #{. In addition to searching
them, I verified this by entering the CSS resource (i.e.
http://localhost:9080/BART/javax.faces.resource/override.css.jsf?ln=css)
directly in my browser I would not get the "Cannot set header".
I then did a little more digging and tried the same for our JavaScript files
(i.e.
http://localhost:9080/BART/javax.faces.resource/jquery/jquery-bcbsfl.listboxfilter.js.jsf?ln=js)
and on some of the files we would get the "Cannot set header" message and
other files we would not.
Long story short, if the resource was 4096 bytes or less (which all of our CSS
files are and some of our JavaScript files are) we would not get the "Cannot
set header" message. If the resource was larger than 4096 we would get the
"Cannot set header" message.
My tests were with javax.faces.FACELETS_BUFFER_SIZE set to a value of 4096 and
then to a value of 32768.
