This issue is not fixed in earlier releases (2.0.0 and 2.0.1).
The MyFacesBugFixFilter is not compatible with the last releases.
Only one solution : create a Filter to redirect (not forward) *.xhtml URL
without "/faces" prefix to the Faces Servlet.
