http://s.apache.org/FZX needs to get fixed in mf-core.
however, for existing versions we should provide a workaround (since codi based
applications deployed to e.g. WAS8, TomEE,... might face this issue).
we can't use a static id, because some versions of mf-core had issues with
static ids for dynamic components -> we should allow to customize the behaviour
and the id of the component.
