A long awaited task planned to do for JSF 2.2 is create a special module to put
the interfaces that are supposed to be public from impl.
This requires some changes into our SPI interfaces, but after trying to do
MYFACES-3679, anyway JSF 2.2 requires some special points, so this part needs
to be changed.
Note this time is our only chance to get it done. After an official release of
Myfaces Core 2.2.x, change something will cause problems.
Note also that change our SPI interfaces requires change some integration code
for application servers.
