Implement f:passThroughAttribute and f:passThroughAttributes as described in
JSF 2.2 spec
Note this one is tricky, because these attributes are rendered using
ResponseWriter instead add some code in the Renderer implementation, and care
must be taken to keep code as fast as possible.
