getFacets().values().remove(component) does not fire the REMOVE event, but
getFacets().remove(key) does.
This is happening because FacetHashMap in Trinidad only overrides remove() and
clear(), but provides no hooks for removal via an entry set or an iterator.
Note that Mojarra's UIComponentBase does the right thing
