The FileUpload code in Trinidad is handled through a configurator. This system
expects to be the only system to process file uploads and is a relatively
closed system. Some enhancements should be made to the internal implementation
of the file upload code that could allow extensions to implement some custom
logic for handling uploaded files and allow them to be plugged into the
FileUpload framework.
