I have committed the part that goes for AjaxHandler. Thanks to Dora Rajappan
for provide this patch. But I think there are still things to do, specially in
UIViewRoot class. I have let the blank spaces, but I have not entered yet into
the necessary details to make it work fully. It seems we require to do some
modifications in UIOutput/UIInput class too.
