Consider the following selectors in a skin
af|foo:rtl
{
   color: red;
}
af|foo
{
   color: blue;
}
With trinidad-config containing the right-to-left configuration, the selector 
that gets applied is
af|foo
{
   color: blue;
}
This is wrong. The rtl specific style should get applied.
