I have tested with myfaces 2.1.17 jar and JSF Page Navigation is working while
partialSubmit=true. But with myfaces 2.2.0 onwards JSF Page Navigation
is not working while partialSubmit="true". I think myfaces 2.2.0 onwards there
are some PPR related changes which is blocking JSF page navigation.
