IBM found that the component that is reported to have a duplicate ID is
nested within a Tomahawk component Data Scroller as per the analysis from their
PMR. We see that the issue is sporadic. Log details below with error -
Caused by: java.lang.IllegalStateException: component with duplicate id
"searchForm:previouspage_1" found
