ClientProperties reside in the session, but this might not the best solution,
because this requires to have session. For most business application this is
reasonable, but should not be obligatory.
There are 3 attributes, so far:
* String contentType
* Theme theme
* UserAgent userAgent
The contentType is always "html" now, the UserAgent doesn't matter any longer.
Only the Theme we need. But this attribute can be hold in the TobagoContext, to
have a single point of access.
