TOBAGO-1752: DeltaSpike WindowId doesn't work correctly with Tobago
- need to undo last change, because this breaks the windowId
- to test
- use the menu and check the dswid= parameter
- use right-click on the menu + open in new tab
- check the dswid in the new tab
- click the menu in both tabs and check the dswid (lofwyr:
