Add markups: primary, secondary, success, danger, warning, info, light, dark,
none
If a markup is set, the 'btn-{name}' CSS class is set. See:
http://getbootstrap.com/docs/4.0/components/buttons/#examples
markup 'none' don't set an extra CSS class.
