Currently, the suggest menu is rendered inside the '.tobago-page-menuStore'-DIV.
The suggest menu scrolls with the page. This can be a problem if the tc:suggest
placed inside a fixed header.
A new markup should be added, to render the suggest menu on the tc:in.
