Moving main part of the documentation from http://myfaces.apache.org/tobago to
the demo application, so it will be accessible on http://tobago-vm.apache.org
Why:
* easier to maintain
* possible to explain Tobago specific features
* APT as documentation language has there disadvantages
* modern look (Bootstrap)
* much more flexible
