we would like to release Tobago 4.2.0.
Major changes since last release are:
* Desktop-like vertial layout is possible (like in Tobago 2), use
|markup="spread"|
* New component <tc:badge/>
* <tc:selectReference> is fixed
* Better compatibility with Mojarra
* Theme Charlotteville
* Many other enhancements and bugfixes
This is a MINOR release with new functionality in a backwards-compatible
manner.
