[~werpu] As dicussed, we should test minimal-modern with current browsers
(IE10+?), and replace the minimal with minimal-modern.
So we can remove one JS aggregate and also JS files like: RuntimeQuirks,
LangQuirks, DomQuirks, Xhr1 und IFrame
