The double include of the sources now is fixed by readjusting our build a
little bit.
the sources are now only available in the internal-resources folder in the
final jar and in the long run probably will be replaced by
javascript maps.
Also I removed the dynamic include build, no one was using it anyway. To check
for errors checking the uncompressed
source file for the time being suffices, I guess.
