There are several issues with keys for tc:date.
The first time a tc:date is focused, the arrow keys 'left' and 'right' doesn't
work.
The DEL key remove the complete date.
Expected behavor:
Arrow keys move the cursor and DEL remove selected string or remove character
right from the cursor.
After the datetimepicker widget is closed by ESC or ENTER the widget cannot
reopened by down-arrow key.
