I tried to add my key to the link provided, but I receive the following error:
 
svn: E195023: Changing file '/Users/siedlecki/open-source/svn/myfaces/KEYS' is forbidden by the server
svn: E175013: Access to '/repos/dist/!svn/txr/40616-y98/release/myfaces/KEYS' forbidden

I don't believe I have enough permissions to commit to https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/release/myfaces/?

https://infra.apache.org/release-publishing.html says that "only PMC/PPMC members have write access to the dist/release directories."

However, was able to successfully add my key to https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/myfaces/keys/KEYS

I am running the needed tasks to get the 1.0.11 release of Apache MyFaces Builder Plugin out.

Please note that this vote concerns all of the following parts:
   1. Maven artifact org.apache.myfaces.buildtools:myfaces-builder-plugin  v1.0.11  [1]The artifacts were deployed on nexus repo [1] for binary and source packages.

I did not create release notes as I do not see a Jira Issue Tracker for the build tools. (Please correct me if there is, and I can create the release notes)

Also the japicmp tool (similar to clirr) does not show binary incompatibilities with the previous version (1.0.10). See the attached "results.html" for the output of the japicmp tool.

Please take a look at the "1.0.11" artifacts and vote! (see [3])

Please note: This vote is "majority approval" with a minimum of three +1 votes (see [2]).------------------------------------------------

[ ] -1 for fatal flaws that should cause these bits not to be released, and why..............
