In Tobago 5 "labelLayout=skip" no longer work.
Now the autoSpacing attribute should be implemented. It indicate, that the
spacing (paddings/margins) are set automatically for the component.
The attribute should be available for all components which currenty have set a
margin-bottom. This includes labelLayout components, tc:box and tc:tabGroup.
It should also be available for buttons and links.
Default value is 'true', except the component it is inside a:
* header
* footer
* bar
* sheet
* link group
* button group
* before facet
* after facet
* label facet
* bar facet
