OK, the wiki homepage now redirects to
[https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/MYFACES2/Home] - but we still have
the problem that all of the old links under the wiki site are still accessible,
eg. [http://myfaces.apache.org/wiki/sitemap.html.] There are a number of such
pages, so IMO rather than duplicating them all it makes more sense to pursue
removing the old site.
