To support Jakarta EE 9 most of the javax.* packages must be renamed to
jakarta.*.
This in an incompatible change. So, we will use the version number 6.x for that.
The master branch will point to that version in the next time. The version 5.x
gets a new branch "tobago-5.x".
For the next time, all features and fixed should be applied to "master" and
"tobago-5.x".
