When org.apache.myfaces.AUTOMATIC_EXTENSIONLESS_MAPPING = true an
UnsupportedOperationException can occur when the StartupServletContextListener
was added programmatically. We fixed this for initFaces but need to look at a
solution for automatic extensionless mapping as well.
Fix in initFaces was done here:
