Ok first of all good news is, our new codebase does not expose this bug,
request and response seem to be ok...
Bad news... there is another corner case in the viewstate update code I seem to
have not covered.
Will fix this as well before going into the old codebase.
The corner case is that the viewroot + viewstate or viewbody + viewstate does
not seem to update the forms correctly.
