Lastly, I don't see any other dependencies (that commons digester relies on)
needing updates. Docs say:
Recommended Dependency Set
Digester
+Logging 1.1.1
+BeanUtils 1.8.3

And it looks like we're compliant. We use 1.1.1 for testing and 1.9.4 as a
compile dependency, respectively. At least from my search of the poms.
