The Tobago people have discovered several smaller issues regards the new
appendIssuingItem code where the item was incorrectly added or with a wrong
value.
This is fixed now and fortified with unit tests testing the scenarii!
Tobago runs now with [email protected] so I will move this version
back into myfaces!
The fixes from tobago already have pending pull requests for 3.0 and 2.3-next
