In another tests for JSF 2.3 Spec Issue 790, it fails for a similar reason:
The XHR sends
{code:java}
"jakarta.faces.partial.execute": "ab", {code}
when it really should be formatted as
{code:java}
"jakarta.faces.partial.execute": "a b a:submitButton1", {code}
