Bootstrap solved the disabled button state with "pointer-events: none". This
means that a mouse click or hovering has no effect. The advantage is, that
there doesn't need to be additional CSS for clicking a disabled button. This
reduce complexity - which is great, especially if you create a new theme based
on the Tobago standard theme.
The disadvantage is, that "cursor: not-allowed" has so effect. So the mouse
cursor doesn't change.
