Summary: faces.d.ts should be generated from source not copied

At the moment the upstream project generates the new faces.d.ts artifact,
however given we can generate it from source and in the end, myfaces does its
own end compile from the sources, faces.d.ts also should be generated by the
build process.
So the idea is to adapt the compile chain from the upstream project and
integrate it into the myfaces npm compile chain to generate the faces.d.ts in
the target folder location
