Summary: Remove Ajax Table Integration Test

We do not need the table integration test which is hard to maintain in the
myfaces codebase for the new scripts. I have added a test which does the same
on the jsf_ts unit test side, which tests for cell replacment row insert,
header and footer replacement and row delete!
The scope of this issue simply is to remove the test and bump up the jsf_ts
version with the integrated test (and upgraded npm build dependencies)
