tc:suggest doesn't work properly if put into a before facet of an input group
and in the input group itself.
Example:

<tc:in>
<f:facet name="before">
<tc:in>
<tc:suggest query="...">
<tc:selectItems .../>
</tc:suggest>
</tc:in>
</f:facet>
<tc:suggest query="...">
<tc:selectItems .../>
</tc:suggest>
</tc:in>

The suggest in the input group doesn't work at all. The suggest in the before
facet opens, but if using the arrow keys, the key is executed two times.
