I know this is a huge PR and this is not ideal, but Friend support along with precertification fixes just requires that amount of work and there was no point in trying to split this up. This PR only touches mesh code and passed the regression tests. So this PR features: - Friend support - Configuration Client support - GATT Proxy fixes - Low Power node fixes - various other fixes Comments are welcome. BR Michał Narajowski
