Thanks for submitting the report! It looks good.

One minor point for next time: It’s probably best to leave the mentor signoff 
checkboxes blank when you initially post the report on the wiki, and let each 
mentor sign off on the report individually.

When I went to sign off on the report I discovered I already had. :)
