In my specific use, I run my LEDs at about 250 Hz since some people can actually see flicker up to 120 Hz or so. ... If Arduinos run PWM at those freqs, then no problem for LEDs. But, I'd still like to see arbitrary frequency as a parameter. Operating IR emitters requires about 38 kHz. Varies based on device and protocol, but that speed is typical. Cheers, -g
