Strangely, that specific error: "Compiler Package not specified by BSP" was
deleted from targetbuild.go in this commit:

Date:   Wed Sep 28 16:29:24 2016 -0700

It had been moved from build.go earlier.  That error message shouldn't even
be possible with latest develop.  Very curious.
