Regarding the license of Elm-Chan's FAT implementation, seems like we
are good to use it.

That's a 1-clause BSD license; looks fine to me. It's not explicitly
listed on resolved.html because 1-clause is not very common (compared

2-clause and 3-clause versions of BSD).
